This demonstration outlines the proper practice for uploading patient/study metadata to this wiki and how this information can be used to generate author lists and additional data tables.

Workflow for CSV Data Uploads

  1. Fill out existing CSV file templates for patient/study metadata
    • Leaving values as empty is fine, those cells will just be ignored
    • To add multiple values in a single cell separate each value by a semicolon (i.e. Cohort1;Cohort2)
  2. Upload validated CSV files here
