Welcome to the ENIGMA Organic Data Science wiki!

ENIGMALogo

This is a demonstration prototype for the Organic Data Science wiki for the ENIGMA collaboration.

The site was set up on December 10, 2014.

For any questions or to get an account on this wiki, please contact us at organic.data.science@gmail.com.

Example query to get all Datasets, Project and Cohort

The query result could not be obtained from the SPARQL database. This error might be temporary or indicate a bug in the database software.

Working Groups

Here are some of the Working Groups in the ENIGMA Consortium. There are a total of 53 working groups in the consortium.

The ENIGMA WIKI OVERVIEW TABLES give an overview of all working groups, projects, people, and cohort data available in ENIGMA collaboration.

Before you start: About ODS and the Semantic Media Wiki

Anyone can edit this wiki to add information about their own site, their participation in ENIGMA Working Groups, and the status of their work. Before you can make edits you will be asked to go through a training session for semantic wikis, since this is a special wiki that has semantic annotations and reasoning. You can also go through the documentation here

To learn the basics of how wikis work, consult our Quick Guide to Using a Wiki, or the official User's Guide.

Consult the User's Guide for information on using the wiki software.

Getting Started

Here you can find instructions on contributing to the Wiki, creating your own workflows with WINGS, and testing your hypotheses through DISK.

Organizations

Here are some of the organizations participating in the ENIGMA Project.

The query result could not be obtained from the SPARQL database. This error might be temporary or indicate a bug in the database software.

Who's part of a project?

The table below summarizes the contributors of the ENIGMA3 Cortical GWAS Project. If your name is not on this list and you have contributed to the ENIGMA3_Cortical_GWAS project, please fill out the required [Google author form https://goo.gl/forms/noprWAM85eznPOqI3]. Please note, ODS is not currently linked to the form, so you will not see updates here immediately.

Author list generation

Now, see our documentation for formatting an author-list with proper ordering, affiliations, contributions, and acknowledgements.

Special Focus: ENIGMA's Schizophrenia Working Group

Congratulations to Theo van Erp, Jessica Turner, and the rest of the ENIGMA Schizophrenia Working Group for their acceptance of the Schizophrenia Cortical Project in Biological Psychiatry!
